产品描述

该产品含有与人BDNF共结晶的多角体蛋白。脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)是一种神经生长因子,与两种受体(低亲和力神经生长因子受体(LNGFR)和原肌球蛋白受体激酶B(TrkB))结合,以支持神经元的生长和存活。BDNF在海马中的表达对于长期记忆储存和学习是*的。BDNF的一些蛋白结构域与NGF和另一种神经营养因子NT-3(神经营养因子-3)的相同。人类,小鼠,大鼠和猪BDNF具有交叉反应性。

使用建议

PODS™共晶提供稳定分泌的蛋白质库。据估计,5000万PODS TM共晶的生物活性产生与3.3μg标准重组蛋白相同的峰值剂量。然而,在开始接种PODS TM共结晶之后的第5天,在培养体系中存在超过50%的这些峰值水平。zui终,对于特定实验而言*的PODS TM共晶体的量应根据经验确定。根据以前的数据,我们建议使用5000万PODS™共晶体代替3.3μg标准生长因子作为起点。“

Aviva Systems Biology provides our customers with an extensive collection of quality antibodies for research and diagnostic applications. Aviva currently offers antibodies to more than 3,100 different protein targets. Our high throughput antibody production releases more than 200 new antibodies every month. Aviva’s focus is antibodies to key targets in the areas of transcription, epigenetics and cell signaling. Aviva’s antibody collection includes unique antibody content to many targets that are not commercially available elsewhere. Furthermore, our emphasis on family-oriented antibody production has yielded antibodies to most members of key protein families such as Transcription Factors, RNA Binding Proteins, Ion Channels, and Cell Membrane target proteins.

Aviva also has a rich pipeline of an additional 17,000 antibodies that are currently undergoing extensive western blot characterization and validation using a panel of 6 tissues and 6 cell lines. R&D Systems位于美国的明尼苏达州,一直致力于生物制品的开发与生产。公司成立之初主要生产用于医院及临床应用的血控品。1997年,公司推出*个产品–富血小板血浆质控品;1981年,公司成为第二家生产含血小板全血控品的供应商。40多年的发展中,R&D Systems仍持续开发各种血控品产品。

Life at A-M Systems

A-M Systems, Inc is located on the scenic Olympic Peninsula of Washington State, near the town of Sequim. With views of the Olympic Mountains in nearby Olympic National Park, our offices are located a short drive from excellent hiking, mountain biking and backpacking areas to the south and boating and fishing on the Strait of Juan de Fuca to the north. The climate is temperate all year, being moderated by the Pacific Ocean. We are about 2 hours from downtown Seattle via the car ferry service at Bainbridge Island, and equally close to scenic Victoria, BC, Canada

R&D Systems位于美国的明尼苏达州,一直致力于生物制品的开发与生产。公司成立之初主要生产用于医院及临床应用的血控品。1997年,公司推出*个产品–富血小板血浆质控品;1981年,公司成为第二家生产含血小板全血控品的供应商。40多年的发展中,R&D Systems仍持续开发各种血控品产品。

  1985年,作为公司推出的*个科研试剂产品,也是*家将该产品进行商业化生产的产品,R&D Systems成功上市了TGF-beta1蛋白。作为胞外信号分子,TGF-beta1蛋白在多种细胞中进行表达,并作为胞外信号分子参与免疫功能,细胞增殖和细胞分化等生物学过程。该产品推出后,公司陆续从生物材料中纯化了几种细胞因子产品并推向市场。

  天然蛋白类产品的成功推广,加速了R&D Systems在细胞因子市场的开拓。公司于1985年形成Growth Factor事业部(现Biotechnology事业部)。Biotechnology事业部的目标是生产和营销重组人细胞因子。与天然来源提取蛋白相比较,DNA重组技术生产的蛋白产品其成本更低,产量更高,*摆脱原料的限制。1989年,Biotechnology事业部开始开发抗细胞因子的单克隆和多克隆抗体,并于1990年开发了*个ELISA试剂盒。
