克隆号为H09的IDH1(isocitrate dehydrogenase 1, 异柠檬酸盐脱氢酶1)鼠单克隆抗体为Dianova公司近期推出的产品之一,此抗体可特异性的检测脑组织肿瘤中IDH1基因的R132H点突变。IDH1基因的第132密码子的杂合突变是II 和III级神经胶质瘤(根据WHO的肿瘤学分类)的频发事件。在大约70%的星形胶质细胞瘤和少突神经胶质细胞瘤可发现IDH1基因的R132H点突变。
IDH1基因R132H突变在部分脑肿瘤中的频发现象使克隆号为H09的IDH1抗体可高灵敏性和高特异性的用于此类肿瘤的鉴别诊断中:如从原发性胶质母细胞瘤中区分出间变性星形细胞瘤、从毛细胞型星形细胞瘤或室管膜(细胞)瘤中区分出弥漫性星形细胞瘤(WHO分类II级),也可以用于具有IDH1突变的肿瘤细胞浸润前沿的与反应性神经胶质增多症的区分。因此,由于其高灵敏性和高特异性,此抗体在脑部肿瘤的分类分级中以及在检测单一或少量浸润肿瘤细胞时是非常有用的。
