描述
通过抗-Her2免疫荧光染色鉴定从Her-2阳性实体瘤如乳腺癌或胃癌中脱落的富集的Her-2阳性CTC。抗Her2与Her-2 CTC结合的证明提供了关于评估抗Her2治疗功效的更多见解。可以根据需要同时进行针对额外的上皮细胞,内皮细胞和干细胞等标记的抗体。
