钙黄绿素蓝,AM是美国AAT Bioquest生产的钙指示剂,Calcein UltraBlue AM是Calcein UltraBlue 的细胞渗透性版本。进入活细胞后,弱荧光的Calcein UltraBlue AM被水解成Calcein UltraBlue ,其激发/发射最大值类似于Calcein Blue,DAPI,Hoechst和AMCA。与典型的绿色和红色荧光团(例如FITC,TMR和德克萨斯红)的出色光谱分离为复用实验提供了更多选择。钙黄绿素UltraBlue 具有与钙黄绿蓝相似的光谱特性。但是,与钙黄绿素蓝相比,钙黄绿素UltraBlue 在生理pH下具有更高的光稳定性和更强的荧光强度,使其比钙黄绿素蓝更耐用。金畔生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供最优质的钙黄绿素蓝,AM。
