抗SUMO2 / SUMO3 [8A2]抗体

针对重组蛋白产生该小鼠IgG单克隆抗体，并在所有测试的脊椎动物中识别SUMO2和SUMO3。

强调：

  • 与脊椎动物SUMO2和SUMO 3发生反应

小泛素相关修饰物（SUMO）翻译后共价缀合数百种其他蛋白质，从而调节广泛的细胞功能，包括转录，DNA复制和修复，核质转运，染色体分离，线粒体分裂和离子通道门控。虽然无脊椎动物仅表达一种SUMO，但脊椎动物表达三种：SUMO1，SUMO2和SUMO3。SUMO2和SUMO3彼此相同~95％（因此通常称为SUMO2 / 3），但它们与SUMO1仅相差约45％。与SUMO1相比，SUMO2 / 3也更容易形成聚合链，这是由于在其N-末端附近存在共有的SUMO化位点。这些因素表明SUMO2 / 3可能具有与SUMO1不同的目标和功能。
