正常因素活动

汇集的正常血浆（PNP）含有来自30个或更多个仔细筛选的正常人供体的柠檬酸血浆。我们的PNP是血小板较差，没有缓冲液或防腐剂，使其像您的患者血浆。包括大约相等数量的男性和女性捐助者。分析证明书（CofA）伴随每次PNP运输。这批特定的CofA证明了这种等离子体的正常性符合监管准则。测定值被分配并报告在CofA上的凝血酶原时间（PT）和活化的部分凝血活酶时间（aPTT）。对纤维蛋白原和因子II，V，VII，VIII，IX，X，XI和XII进行测定并证明其在正常范围内。
